The twenty-first annual Cape May Point Five Mile Run was
held Saturday
in the small Borough of Cape May Point. The weather was
sunny and mild, providing excellent running conditions. 234 runners
finished the 2 Mile Fun Run and 264 runners finished the 5 Mile Run. The
run is for the benefit of the Cape May Point Volunteer Fire Company No.
1 and is sponsored by many merchants in the area.
