Both events will began and ended near the Lower Township Complex at Bayshore and Village Roads (Click here for map). The 2.2 mile health run/walk started at 8 AM and the 5 mile run started shortly after 8:30 AM. It was a beautiful morning for the event and the coordinators did a great job in keeping the race route clear of automobiles while runners were on the course. "Iron Man" Whitey Haak was the overall winner of the 2.2 mile run/walk and then won his age group (60-99) in the 5 mile run shortly thereafter. Joe Link continued his mastery of the event with an overall win in the 5 mile run. Below we offer some sights of the race.

Applications can be picked up at the Lower Township Recreation Center or call (609) 886-7880. Registration begins at 7 AM at the Rec Center.

NOTE TO DRIVERS: please avoid using the course between 8am and 9:30am (Village Road, Bay Drive, Shore Drive, Beach Drive, Racetrack Avenue & Clubhouse Avenue).
